Welcome to The Speech Spot!
The Speech Spot Pediatric Therapy LLC opened in 2021 as a way to provide private, pediatric speech therapy services to the children of Central PA. We serve the Altoona, Duncansville, Hollidaysburg, and Tyrone areas. We provide services at our Altoona office and offer morning, afternoon, and early evening appointments to meet the various scheduling needs of our families.

Step by Step at the Speech Spot:
Consultation
We offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to learn about your child and to discuss your concerns.
Evaluation
A combination of formal norm- referenced evaluations, informal observations, and parent report will be used. The evaluation includes a written report, diagnosis, and a recommended plan of care.
Treatment
After a plan of care and goals are developed, the Speech Language Pathologist will work with your child to meet the established goals. Most children receive therapy 1-2 times per week depending on their individual needs.
